Waste and Recycling Specialist

Jenny English is a waste and recycling specialist with over 8 years of experience in the industry. She is recognized as a Next-Generation Leader in the waste and recycling industry and was named to Waste360’s 2017 40 Under 40 Award list.

Jenny has a strong history in the waste field. In her home of Simcoe County, ON, she worked as an Environmental Technician monitoring landfills, then as a young landfill Site Supervisor.

Additionally, she spent time working in the Recycling Coordinator role for the city of Richmond, BC - learning first-hand the challenges educating and outreaching to residents. She has also completed a Bachelor of Environmental Science degree at Royal Roads University.

Jenny is a sought-after speaker, actively presenting at conferences and groups about the impact of data and communications in the waste and recycling industry.
